The idea for the band started sometime around 2006. After a couple demos and lineup changes, the first record Torturtorium was released independently in 2010. The band began touring relentlessly leading up to the 2020 Pathogenic Automation which was released via Nuclear Blast/BloodBlast Distribution. Continuing momentum with the 2022 EP Agony Reborn via Nuclear Blast/BloodBlast Distribution the band toured 18 countries in support of the release.
Gorgatron honed their style and work ethic with rigorous DIY tours all over the States, Europe, Canada and Mexico.
