🏎️ This is HEAVY. 1.21 Gigahops is a Double IPA dominated by ripe tropical flavors with notes of luscious blueberry, sharp citrus, and dank, earthy pine sap. We used Cascade, Centennial, and Mosaic hops to give depth to the well-rounded and diverse flavor profile. Then, we did an extra round of dry + dip hopping with a special Brewer’s Blend of hops to ramp up and accentuate desirable aromas adding ample bitterness without detracting from the flavor. With over 7lbs of hops per barrel, the focus of this beer is definitely on the hop presence balanced by a strong, malt backbone. So, if our calculations are correct, when this baby hits you’re gunna enjoy some serious sips😎
