Come join us! Work up a sweat without feeling like you are working out. Then stick around and socialize while enjoying a delicious beverage afterwards!

POUND is a full-body, drumming-inspired, cardio exercise that turns your workout into a fitness concert where you can let loose and release your inner rockstar! This is for ALL fitness levels and both men and women!

Whether you are in it for fitness, stress relief, or socializing and beer, it is an awesome time for everyone! Grab a friend, or come by yourself and meet new friends!

Bring a yoga mat or old blanket/quilt to use as your drum kit.
Also, water bottle and towel.
$15 cash at the door includes a beverage after class.

What to wear? Something comfortable that you can move in! For footwear, you can be barefoot or in sneakers, or some other foot covering if you want (normal socks may be slippery).
