For Level 1: SIMCOE of the SMASH Series, we’ve chosen a hop that, while being hugely popular, has a unique and multifaceted flavor profile that is worthy of the spotlight we’ve given it! Simcoe hops have an dank and earthy flavor that balances the woodsy aroma of pine with notes of sweet berry and citrus. The single malt used for the backbone of this SMASH beer has a soft, and light flavor that allows Simcoe to shine as Player One!
