Join us & chef John Hart along for a 4-course meal paired with some of Fargo Brewing Co’s favorites! Social hour (45 mins) begins at 5:30 pm with a Stone’s Throw Scottish Ale paired with an amuse-bouche. The meal will begin at 6:15 pm and the menu will go as follows:

First. Fargo Original – Sprouted barley salad with smoked chicken nuggets, seared Brussel sprouts, rehydrated dried cherries & smoked pickled onions

Second. Fargo Original infused w/ cranberries – Smoked Oxtail with mashed potatoes, beer butter carrots & demi-glace

Third. Wood Chipper dry hop IPA – Roasted butternut squash & house-cured bacon tortellini

Fourth. Roastabout stout infused with chocolate & mint – Deconstructed cheesecake with cranberry macaroon
